Russell’s career journey began in the field as a hands-on technician, evolving into co-ownership of an electrical company that specialized in low voltage SSD solutions. His technical acumen spans installation, design, and project management, giving him an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of building technology. After moving to Florida, Russell held various leadership roles at a prominent security company, including sales, regional management, and commercial specialization. These roles provided him with a comprehensive view of the industry, reinforcing his commitment to delivering innovative and effective technology solutions.
